I have long realized that I am a collector of micro moments. Details capture me and I pause whatever I am doing to enjoy them.
I enjoy going out in the afternoon to feel the sun's rays on my skin, I am dazzled by the moon in all its forms, I stop my walk when a flock of swallows surprises me dancing in the city sky, I take a deep breath if I am in a natural environment and I visualize many times the moment when I will hug my nieces again.... I get emotional, I shudder and I let myself go.
Today I declare it, it is my truth: in this life I have decided to let myself be guided by everything that touches me.
